The Sustainable Innovation Lab includes five sub-labs:

Each of the five labs has four tracks: Idea Generation, Hackathon, Incubation and Business Accelerators.
The Observatory is an open platform for registering and monitoring all initiatives, startups, and entrepreneurship centers that focus on sustainable entrepreneurship projects. The Observatory also aims to shed light on the best practices of sustainable innovations, collect and analyze data on the entrepreneurial environment and activities at the national level, and analyze all of this to come up with an Egyptian national index for innovation and entrepreneurship.
This program aims to measure the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of Youth and early-stage startup owners. This pillar also aims to develop a handbook/guide for entrepreneurship education based on international experiences and practices. Finally, contribute to the accreditation of entrepreneurship programs and centers based on international best practices.
This program aims to support policymaking that regulates the status of entrepreneurship and startups, and this axis is based on two main components:
• First, establishing a national entrepreneurship index: relying on a clear and scientific methodology to collect data on various variables that will help measure entrepreneurship and innovation activities in Egypt, this index will be issued annually based on the data that will be analyzed from the Entrepreneurship Observatory.
• Holding an Entrepreneurship Policy Forum periodically to address and discuss issues that are important to actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem that are of utmost importance to be included in the agenda of the decision-makers to understand their dimensions.
