Launching the introductory conference for the Youth Policy Shapers program in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union

The introductory conference for the Youth Policy Shapers Program was launched, which is a joint program between the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, the European Union, and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. Within the framework of the European Union-funded project “Supporting Public and Economic Governance in Egypt.”

Pre-Incubation Program for Sustainable Ready-Made Garment Industry

The Pre-Incubation Program is an integrated and intensive program offered through the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center to help camp participants generate and develop their ideas and turn them into startups in the sustainable ready-made garment industry. This program is offered in the form of a detailed, intensive, and interactive bootcamp for 14 training sessions from August 7 to October 19. This is to help participants enhance their knowledge from forming their own idea to building an integrated business model for the proposed projects.

Fourth Round of “Get Your Business Online” Workshop

Within the framework of cooperation between the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development and GoDaddy, the center announces organizing the “Get Your Business Online” workshop, which aims to acquire participants a set of skills that help them provide their services and products online.

Third Round of “Get Your Business Online” Workshop

Under the umbrella of the Awareness and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education Program, the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center held a workshop entitled “How to Create and Develop Websites, Marketing and E-Commerce”, in cooperation with the international company “GoDaddy”. The two-day workshop was attended by 20 trainees from startup owners and entrepreneurs looking to start their own projects, to help them in the fields of marketing, e-commerce, and web development.

Second Round of “Get Your Business Online” Workshop

Under the umbrella of the Awareness and Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education Program, the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center held a workshop entitled “How to Create and Develop Websites, Marketing and E-Commerce”, in cooperation with the international company “GoDaddy”. The two-day workshop was attended by 24 trainees from startups and entrepreneurs looking to start their own businesses, to help them in the fields of marketing, e-commerce, and web development.

Second Round of Ideation Bootcamp

The Idea Generation Camp was held under the umbrella of the Sustainable Innovation Lab - Idea Generation Camp entitled “Design Thinking: From a challenge to a project”, and 21 trainees participated. This camp aimed to train participants on the use of design thinking methodology to help them develop their ideas and proposals in a way that enhances the chances of transforming these ideas into profit-generating economic projects that help implement the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in action.

This camp aimed to train participants on the use of design thinking methodology to help them develop their ideas and proposals in a way that enhances the chances of transforming these ideas into profit-generating economic projects that help implement the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in action.

The two-day workshop provided training to 17 participants from the “Be an ambassador” initiative for sustainable development from a number of governorates of the Republic.

The first session of idea generation camps was held under the umbrella of the Sustainable Innovation Laboratory - Idea Generation Camp, entitled “Design Thinking: From a Challenge to a Project,” which targeted 17 trainees who were graduates of the “Be an ambassador” initiative.
