Launching the Fintech Pre-Incubation Program to Empower Entrepreneurs

As part of its ongoing efforts to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem and drive innovation across various sectors, the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EEIC) has launched a specialized Fintech Pre-Incubation Program. This initiative aims to empower entrepreneurs by fostering innovative solutions in key financial technology fields, including digital payments, banking technology, and innovative financial services, contributing to digital transformation and financial inclusion.

The program was inaugurated by Dr. Heba Zaki, Director of EEIC, and Mr. Ahmed Mounir, Head of the Regulatory Sandbox for Innovative Fintech Applications at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). Both emphasized the importance of supporting entrepreneurs in this rapidly evolving sector, which is experiencing significant growth both locally and globally. The program includes a series of training workshops and mentorship sessions designed to help participants transform their ideas into viable ventures. By focusing on business model development, market analysis, and essential skill-building, the program provides entrepreneurs with the tools needed for growth and sustainability. This initiative reflects EEIC’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and fostering innovation, particularly in sectors that play a crucial role in sustainable economic development.
