The Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EEIC), affiliated with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), organized a field visit to the Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Competitiveness Center (NilePreneurs) at Nile University. The visit was attended by Dr. Heba Zaki, Executive Director of EEIC, and Eng. Ahmed Saleh, Executive Director of the Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Competitiveness Center at Nile University.
During the visit, Dr. Heba Zaki emphasized that this initiative is part of the Certified Incubation Management Program, implemented by EEIC. The program aims to equip incubator managers and entrepreneurship center teams with up-to-date knowledge on administrative, financial, and strategic management best practices, following international standards. She highlighted that the field visit serves as an opportunity for knowledge exchange and learning from success stories within Egypt’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Dr. Zaki encouraged participants to explore the various programs offered by Nile University’s Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Competitiveness Center and to benefit from the valuable insights shared by the center’s representatives regarding the Egyptian entrepreneurship landscape.
From his side, Eng. Ahmed Saleh provided an overview of the history, objectives, and role of the Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Competitiveness Center at Nile University in supporting Egypt’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He underscored the center’s vision to be the leading hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitiveness in Egypt, stressing the importance of leveraging technology to advance the entrepreneurship sector.
